    That’s the beauty of this cookbook: all recipes can be adapted in some way to align with your diet, all without sacrificing the taste. I should know—I’ve developed most of these meals by modifying other common recipes that didn’t suit my nutritional needs. I’ve substituted this ingredient and left out that one; I’ve added this protein and changed that one. I continued to experiment with these dishes until they fit my macros and what my diet required. And in the end, they all tasted pretty darn good, if I say so myself. (Of course, I do.) Each recipe will include "If not this, then that" options to decrease or increase macros to fit your individual goals.
